OUR NAME. OUR PURPOSE.
The AKAY Story
Safety begins with preparation: having the right equipment for the work ahead.
The name AKAY carries the Filipino sense of guiding or leading someone. That idea shapes our purpose: to help businesses find the safety equipment their people need for worksites and roads.
Our logo brings that purpose and our name together. The letters A, K, A, and Y are creatively arranged into an emblem that also evokes a protective hard hat. One distinctive mark expresses both who we are and what we stand for: safety, readiness, and guidance.
A brand of Flimco Enterprises, AKAY Safety offers personal protective equipment and road safety products, including fall protection, high-visibility vests, construction helmets, reflectors, and traffic cones. We help customers explore practical options and request the products that fit their requirements.
